Full Administration is the most complete package of services including nearly any basic or advanced type of server administration from Natcoweb such as server and security setup, monitoring services, server and software optimization, script writing and programming, server vulnerability detection, hacked server analysis and recovery. The package can be bought on a monthly basis.

Per Ticket is the plan that you can start with testing our server administration services or getting services not included into the Basic package. Per ticket support service is billed according to the amount of time consumed for the fulfillment of the task. The support services are provided via help desk, AIM, and email.
