Cpanel VPS Optimized 2.0
Natcoweb offers Cpanel VPS Optimized for current and new VPS clients. Cpanel VPS Optimized is a new version of Cpanel created to run on VPS plans that blends rich functionality of Cpanel / WHM with less memory consumption. Cpanel VPS Optimized offers nearly 60% of memory usage reduction compared to the previous version.
Additional improvements include a redesigned log processing daemon that reduces memory utilization and a process monitoring daemon that includes service-specific verification. The third layer of performance enhancing features focuses on DNS clustering with the syncing process and error detection.

CPanel Now Available for Natcoweb Dedicated Server Clients
Natcoweb announces the availability of cPanel and WHM for new Dedicated Server clients. While the clients have had the ability to purchase cPanel licenses on their own, Natcoweb realized that there's still room for improvement dedicated hosting services. An unlimited domains license of cPanel and WebHost Manager (WHM) will be available on new CentOS Dedicated Servers as an add-on.
Natcoweb offers cPanel/WHM 11.25 with enhanced security features, improved DNS clustering utility, and improved IMAP support for mobile devices and optimized Apache.

Servers Based on Core i7 Processors Are Available for Natcoweb Clients Now
Designed for entry-level file/web servers and small business applications, servers supporting the latest Core i7 processors deliver additional levels of performance, power-efficiency and reliability.
Core I7 microarchitecture has many new features. The ones that represent significant changes from the Core2 include:
- on-die memory controller: the memory is directly connected to the processor. It runs at a different clock (uncore clock) of execution cores;
- three channel memory: each channel can support one or two DDR3 DIMMs. Motherboards for Core i7 generally have three, four (3+1) or six DIMM slots;
- Single-die device: all four cores, the memory controller, and all cache are on a single die;
- "Turbo Boost" technology allows all active cores to intelligently clock themselves up in steps of 133 MHz over the design clock rate as long as the CPU's predetermined thermal and electrical requirements are still met;
- re-implemented Hyper-threading. Each of the four cores can process up to two threads simultaneously, so the processor appears to the OS as eight CPUs.

Expansion into a new SAS70 Certified Switch&Data datacenter was determined by our strategy to enable company's growth for at least 5 more years. The main reason for this event was necessity to consolidate company's resources located at different datacenters across the US. Another influential factor for expansion was the objective to expand our collocation space and meet clients. demand for collocation hosting services existing in this market. At the moment we are leasing 1000 sq ft where we have collocated Dell 4210 42U Racks. According to the company growth plan they'll expand twice during the next year. We use Cross connect services to Level3 (10Gbs port), Cogent (10 Gbs port), and Bandcon National Network (10Gbs port).
